This purpleheart and maple guitar has some unusual features. It's a bit of a departure from our usual offerings, with more of a country/rock flavor. The “Telecaster” pickup is well suited to this model: the bright sustain of the purpleheart/maple combination and the long bass scale length make this guitar sound “HUGE” - a “Tele on steroids” sound. And, with our long bass scale length, in “drop tuning” this guitar retains the tightly focused tone.
